### Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience. ### Duties:

- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor upon their arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Assist in seating guests and managing reservations
- Maintain knowledge of the restaurant's layout, table numbers, and seating capacity
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service
- Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant

### Requirements:

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to provide exceptional guest service
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 18 per week
