**Overview:** We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. **Duties:** - Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome - Seat guests and manage the seating chart - Answer phone calls and take reservations - Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized lobby area - Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service - Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions - Manage waitlists during peak dining hours **Requirements:** - Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members - Proficiency in using POS systems; experience with Aloha POS is a plus - Strong guest relations skills to create a positive dining experience - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills Join our team as a Host/Host to contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.08 - $15.93 per hour
