Job Summary:
As a Host at Mexilulu, you will be the first and last impression for our guests. You will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Your role is crucial in setting the tone for our guests' visit, and we seek individuals who are enthusiastic, punctual, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized.
• Answer phone calls and provide accurate information about the restaurant.
• Assist with coordinating special requests and accommodations.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work well in a team environment.
• Uphold Mexilulu's standards for hospitality and service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Availability to work weekends is required.
