summary POSITION PURPOSE The Industrial Products Regional Sales Manager is tasked with assisting in developing and driving the growth of company's business models; execute sales and marketing strategies against corporate goals and objectives, develop and scale up new business and customer bases. Overall, the Manager will be charged with assisting in directing the sales and marketing efforts, monitoring the results, quantifying the successes and shortfalls, adjusting as needed, and executing the baseline strategies to be deployed.Looking for someone more geared towards refining and petrochemical industries in rotating and recip compressors, along with pumps. Qualifications /Competencies /Position Requirements Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Sales skills to include demonstrated closing skills. Exposure to formal sales training. Excellent verbal, written, and telephone skills supported by strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team structure. Strong comfort level with presenting to groups. Ability to fully manage a sales cycle from start to finish. Proven record of achieving revenue goals.
