Your organizational prowess will be key as you navigate responsibilities, documents, and time management while collaborating with Administrative Staff in a dynamic environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, alongside proficiency in computer software, multitasking ability, and interpersonal skills.

Duties:

Welcome customers

make reports

write e-mails

receive calls

Attend clients

Follow up on maintenance processes, parking, indicators, among others.

Show the residence to customers.

• Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
