What Are We Looking For:
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple renovation projects at once. Candidate should also have construction manager skills, able to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the projects.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and overseeing renovation projects for a portfolio of properties.
- Responsible for sourcing new contractors to increase capacity of renovation projects at one time.
- Responsible for daily/weekly organized reporting to upper-level management on each project’s status.
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of home maintenance and remodeling jobs.
- Ability to create detail-specific timelines for each individual project and managing contractors efficiently and effectively so that projects are completed in a timely manner.
- Ability to review client construction scopes and present contract modifications based on reviews and field input.
- Ability to coordinate with contractors on large scale jobs.
- Communicate with contract management staff to ensure that daily tasks are completed for assigned contract in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with contractors.
