Location: Remote roles in Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana

Compensation: Commissioned role (1099) with $250,000 average annual earnings (up to $400,000 annually)

The founders of Republic Roof have been on the commercial roofing scene in Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Louisiana since 2006. Our in-house consultants partner with commercial property owners and managers to effectively meet all their needs, from efficiency and aesthetics, to planning for the future.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform sales activities including canvassing, scheduling appointments, presentations, and closing sales/signing contracts. 
• Generate detailed work scopes and contracts for new customers
• Provide the utmost customer service to new and existing customers
• Stay ahead of the curve with product knowledge and sales knowledge

SALES REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years’ required experience in Sales, Customer Service or Account Management 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in roofing, construction, or industrial sales is highly preferred
• Experience in door to door sales is highly preferred
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks and responsibilities
