Accounts Payable Clerk
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Print and distribute invoices to departments for approvals prior to data entry
Enter, code subcontractor invoices in accounting system
Reconcile vendor statements
Maintain all vendor files
Process weekly check/ACH run
Assist in problem solving and tracing sources for errors in vendor accounts
Assist other departmental functions as needed to accomplish objectives
· High School Diploma or GED required, Associates Degree is a plus
· Minimum of 2 years applicable experience, construction industrypreferred
· Ability to troubleshoot problems, identify and implement solutions
· Very organized in executing responsibilities and prioritizing in amultitask environment
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Computer skills: Efficient in Microsoft Office, Excel required,experience in Sage 100
· Team cooperation - maintain a positive cooperative attitude with allemployees of Barbosa Cabinets; and all customers, vendors and regulatoryagencies
· Ability to present data in an effective, concise and actionablemanner
· A self-starter able to work alone withlimited
