Accounts Payable Clerk
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Print and distribute invoices to departments for approvals prior to data entry
Enter, code subcontractor invoices in accounting system
Reconcile vendor statements
Maintain all vendor files
Process weekly check/ACH run
Assist in problem solving and tracing sources for errors in vendor accounts
Assist other departmental functions as needed to accomplish objectives
