Job Description – Customer Service Representative – The Color Spot

This position includes the responsibility for ensuring the day-to-day functions of Repro Products’ sister company, The Color Spot’s (TCS), production activities are executed in a business result-driven manner.

Job Duties Will Include A Variety Of Tasks, Including But Not Limited To:

Daily responsibilities will include making sure orders and shipment functions are performed correctly.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing customers while opening up new customers.
• Providing sales and administrative support involving efficient handling of top and confidential agreements.
• Assisting with conceptual design files for internal and external sales and marketing needs
• Assisting and coordinating administrative needs for TCS and other business interests for upper management.
• Communicating with sales team for status of order and position of sales.
• Providing inputs and ideas into marketing enterprises and subsequently promote them and monitor responses.
• Preparing monthly, weekly,or daily sales analysis.
• Preparing proposals, quote, sales orders, agreements, sales reports, and presentations.
• Updating the status of sales orders in the database or computer.
• Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting the information in order to increase productivity of sales.
• Monitoring the trends and evaluating the performance assessed against monthly sales goals.
• Maintaining an efficient work environment.
• Process Internal and External Estimates, Orders and Invoices. Provide all current and future processes applicable
• Follow order process and collection of invoices, daily reconciliations, bank transactions, checks, and PO reqs
• Promoting the facilities of the organization to fresh and existing customers through a proactive approach.
• Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings.
• Assisting in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by the upper management.
• Maintaining and managing day-to-day organizational office needs for the upper management.
• Maintaining database contact and calendar information daily for the upper management.
• Attending occasional meetings, tradeshows, networking effects, and work functions for the company and management
• Attending occasional network and promotional events to develop and maintain contact with potential clients

TCS (The Color Spot) (RPI), is a Repro Products’ partner company and is a full-service printing company that provides nationwide solutions for our clients.
