Salary: Base salary of $60k-$70k, plus commission ($120k Year 1 OTE)
Job Summary: Develop and maintain relationships with owners, landlords, and property managers to identify, quote, and close special project and preventive maintenance opportunities in commercial service trades. Ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget project execution through coordination with project and service managers.
Job Responsibilities: Forecast and achieve sales goals. Develop growth strategies for new and existing accounts. Stay updated on industry developments and regulations. Utilize company technology effectively. Network through trade associations to develop new customers. Maintain proactive communication and oversight with clients. Demonstrate knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical maintenance. Collaborate on marketing strategies and sales programs. Manage contact lists and CRM software. Engage prospective customers through email campaigns. Follow up on leads and new customer inquiries. Consult with customers to determine solutions and develop proposals. Communicate pricing and timelines effectively. Review and ensure accuracy of quotes/orders before project hand-off. Ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Manage customer service issues and monitor accounts receivable.
Qualifications: High school diploma (college degree preferred). 5 years in sales, 3 years managing a sales portfolio. Valid driver's license. Humble, hungry, and smart. Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical maintenance knowledge. Basic math and financial management. Excellent communication and data analysis. Collaboration and time management. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
