The Digital Marketing Specialist serves as a vital connection between our company and potential customers, utilizing digital channels to enhance engagement and facilitate sales conversions. Responsibilities
- Handle email and text inquiries generated from our online marketing campaigns.
- Manage inbound calls resulting from online marketing efforts.
- Initiate outbound calls as necessary to follow up on prospective customers' inquiries.
- Utilize scripts to effectively qualify prospective customers, providing precise and compelling responses to all inquiries.
- Goal-oriented scheduling and rescheduling of appointments for our company's sales representatives.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer programs such as Lead Perfection, Hatch, and Microsoft Office.
- Establish a focused work area devoid of distractions and with ergonomic considerations (e.g., sitting upright at a desk).
- Effectively de-escalate situations involving upset or dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
- Collaborate with other call center team members to enhance performance and elevate customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Customer service and phone experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
- Great active listening skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
- Computer literate and experience in data entry, MS Outlook, MS Word.
