In the role of Digital Marketing Specialist, your experience will play a vital role in supporting the creation, testing, refinement, and scaling of lead generation programs targeting key personas within the healthcare technology industry. Your contributions will extend to the development of nurture and drip campaigns, PPC and SEO initiatives, social media marketing, email campaigns, account-based marketing, advertising, and content marketing. Additionally, you will collaborate on the conception of new marketing endeavors that align with our company's overarching goals and enterprise strategy.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Leverage your project management skills, attention to detail, commitment to deadlines and team work to:
    • Coordinate the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing.
    • A/B test subject lines, images, copy and other elements to optimize engagement and conversion.
    • Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice.
  • Bring your creativity and results driven mindset to:
    • Develop, execute and optimize targeted email and nurture campaigns in marketing automation systems (HubSpot experience preferred), including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management
  • Apply your knowledge and curiosity around data analysis to:
    • Assist in the monitoring and tracking of campaign performance, from leads through opportunities and closed deals and use insights from the data to optimize demand generation programs.
    • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics to determine opportunities to improve response rates, conversion rates, pipeline, and ROI.
    • Manage paid and organic social marketing programs to achieve measurable results.

    Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Specialist:

    • Collaborate with fellow marketing team members to execute and analyze campaign programs, evaluating persona and market impact for optimal performance.
    • Utilize your project management skills, attention to detail, commitment to deadlines, and teamwork to effectively coordinate the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing programs across various channels such as email, events, social media, and content marketing.
    • Conduct A/B testing on website copy and design, as well as email subject lines, images, copy, and other elements to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
    • Ensure consistent voice and quality by creating, proofreading, and editing copy for different marketing channels.
    • Bring your creativity and results-driven mindset to develop, execute, and optimize targeted email, nurture and account-based marketing campaigns using marketing automation systems (HubSpot) and targeted advertising (Rollworks, Google AdWords and LinkedIN) including copy creation, scheduling, testing, and managing databases.
    • Apply your knowledge and curiosity in data analysis to monitor and track campaign performance from leads to opportunities, closed deals, and utilize insights to optimize demand generation programs.
    • Utilize SEO best practices to enhance website engagement and boost conversion rates.

    Ideal Skills, Experience and Qualifications

    • Education in marketing, advertising, or communications (degree not required).
    • Experience (i.e. school, internship and/or recent work experience) as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist or similarly titled role.
    • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
    • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly creative with a strong business focus and problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools (Salesforce Preferred).
    • Proficiency in marketing automation software (HubSpot preferred) and online analytic tools.
    • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Experience in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and the LinkedIn advertising platform is an asset.
    • Proficiency in GSuite and full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experience with HTML, CSS, design (Canva preferred), account based marketing platforms (Rollworks preferred) and email software are an added plus.
