As a Senior Marketing Specialist II at Honeywell, you will be a part of the Smart Energy global business which supports the growing demand for energy efficiency solutions. The Honeywell marketing team provides full-service marketing for our utility clients to deliver integrated, multichannel outreach campaigns. Our marketing team has designed and deployed hundreds of successful utility marketing campaigns and engaged millions of utility customers to learn about energy usage and participate in utility-sponsored programs. Our innovative approaches enable us to drive measurable, cost-effective results and deliver high customer satisfaction. 
We are looking for someone in this client-facing role with a broad range of experience to manage marketing, from strategy to execution, for our utility clients. This person will build yearly marketing plans, manage budgets, and execute on those plans in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Be part of a team that is responsible for the coordination and completion of a variety of marketing projects. You will oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. You will utilize a high degree of creativity and latitude in this role. You will prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project and will lead and direct the work of others. Hybrid Schedule. Position is located at our Baltimore, Maryland office or Raleigh, North Carolina. Up to 10% travel. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing integrated marketing campaigns, from concept to launch, including strategic development,
    creative briefs, creative development, and securing approvals; experience with email, digital, and direct mail.
  • Analyzing campaign and customer data, as well as analytics to identify best prospects,
    marketing strategies, and tactics to inform future marketing plans.
  • Developing and presenting marketing campaign results to the client during monthly,
    quarterly and annual reviews.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and with ambiguity leading multiple projects
    and prioritizing marketing efforts while ensuring processes are followed and projects are
    completed on time and within budget.
  • Managing multiple external vendors and holding them accountable for quality delivery
    (creative agencies, digital, website designers, printers, etc.). 
  • Approaching business challenges from a strategic perspective that includes thinking outside
    the box, problem-solving skills, resourcefulness and attention-to-detail.
  • Effectively partnering and collaborating with internal teams to meet goals and client
    objectives in a matrix environment.
  • Providing thought leadership and knowledge sharing to both internal teams and clients.
  • Ability to provide direction and oversight on work deliverables, coaching and mentoring to
    junior level team members.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • High level for attention to detail and be able to identify process improvements.
