We are looking for a service manager to join our Reliance team! We are in search of someone who is hard-working and motivated with extensive experience in the HVAC industry to manage the service operations of the company. This includes overseeing the daily dispatching and efficiencies of the service technicians and department. Other duties include customer relations, reviewing all billing and warranty claims, interaction with the other managers in respect to their warranty and installation needs. Responsible for making sure that all service techs are properly trained. The Service Manager is expected to handle all aspects of the service department and to ensure its continued profitability and growth.

To qualify for this position:

• Highschool education or equal
• Valid Social Security
• Enjoy interacting with customers and coworkers
• Desire to perform at a high standard
• Be able to pass a background and drug test
• Experience in administrative and/or customer service/dispatch would be a plus
• 5 years' experience in HVAC industry
• Supervisor or management experience
• Advanced customer service skills; good communication both written and verbal
• Good manipulation skills to operate computers and office equipment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Positive "can do" attitude
• Experience in Service Titan software would be a plus
