Location: Phoenix, AZ (In-office position)
Salary: $28/hr
Contract Duration: Up to 2 years
About Us: TEEMA is currently seeking an Experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Phoenix.
Responsibilities:
Actively participate in the interviewing and hiring processes
Ensure successful functional onboarding of new employees
Plan, assign, coordinate, and oversee daily work of direct reports
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings providing performance feedback, coaching, and mentoring
Set reasonable stretch performance goals and conduct mid-year and annual performance appraisals
Recognize and reward performance excellence, culture championship, and continuous improvement efforts
Communicate and enforce agency policies and programs
Apply corrective action, address complaints, and resolve problems in a timely fashion
Requirements:
1-2 years of management experience in a call center environment preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and Human Resources
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
