Job Description: 3-11 RN Supervisor
Location: Atlanta, GA, 30310
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and leadership, with a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff during the 3-11 shift
- Ensure that all patient care is provided in accordance with established standards and protocols
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including training and development
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, and implement changes as needed
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Georgia
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
