Treatment Nurse (PT) Job Description

Location: Atlanta, GA, 30310

We are seeking a part-time Treatment Nurse to join our team at our healthcare facility in Atlanta, GA. The Treatment Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care and administering treatments as prescribed by the physician.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments
  • Assist with patient assessments and care planning
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
  • Provide education to patients and families regarding treatments and medications
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records
  • Adhere to all facility policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Current nursing license in the state of Georgia
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Experience administering medications and treatments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
