Customer Service Representative
Overview:
Reliable Electrical Services has immediate openings for Call Center Customer Service Representatives in the Deerfield Beach area. The primary responsibility of this position is to facilitate the highest level of customer satisfaction.
We are looking for Top performers who understand what 5 Star customer service is all about.
The Customer Service Specialist is the front line of our business and the first point of contact with our customers, you will be empowered to assist customers who are calling with Residential Electrical service requests, Generator Service and Maintenance requests along with scheduling service appointments and working closely with our dispatch teams.
Our call center is open from 8 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Customer Service Representatives will be scheduled 40 hours/week
Duties and Responsibilities include:
· Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
· Identify customers’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify information
· Research every issue and provide solutions to them
· Recognize opportunities to upsell our products and services
· When assigned, attend educational seminars
· Build strong relationships with customers
· Follow our customer engagement strategy
Requirements:
· 2 years Call Center Inbound / Outbound Sales experience preferred
· Appointment scheduling experience is preferred
· 1-year Working in an Electrical, HVAC, plumbing environment, Residential Service industry experience preferred
· Bi-Lingual preferred English / Spanish preferred
· Strong Knowledge of Excel & MS Office programs
· Must be Outgoing, Friendly, Energetic
· Be Team-oriented as well as being able to work independently
· Problem solver with exceptional customer service skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Good organizational skills and attention to detail
· Abide by and meet all attendance guidelines
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Problem solver with exceptional customer service skills
· Experience with handling escalated calls is a plus
