Cell Science Systems, Corp is Hiring a Laboratory Customer Service Representative Near Deerfield, FL

Job DescriptionOur CSR's must ensure that all commitments and obligations for the client are met and/or exceeded through their initial testing and ongoing results support issues, if any and work as a trusted advisor by establishing, maintaining and growing long term client relationships both internally and externally.
Job Description & Responsibilities
  • Consults with physicians with regard to pre and post Alcat test results technical issues.
  • Must have the ability to interact effectively and professionally with providers & patients
  • Discusses test results with physicians and clarifies test outcomes
  • Knowledge of lab test orders
  • Ensures that patient’s specimen rejections, Quality Not Sufficient (QNS), and Duplicate Patient Record (DPR), are communicated to the client in a timely manner
  • Provides an efficient and efficacious liaison between billing, sales, results and shipping departments
  • Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette skills required
  • Effective verbal and written communications, especially listening skills
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Establishes and maintains customer long term relationships
  • Ensure patient privacy, confidentiality and HIPPA are upheld always
  • Provides product support and problem solving.
  • Initiates and participates in planning sessions as requested and/or required.
  • Manages effective, timely and accurate client communications (oral and written).
  • Sustains active positive engagement between the client and CSS staff.
  • Performs other duties as requested and/or required.
