Insight Global is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Deerfield, FL
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Onsite 2 Days Weekly, 3 days remote)
Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire
Pay Rate: $17-$18 Hourly (Hiring Right Away!!)
Must Haves:
- 2 Years of Customer Service experience in Call Center Environment
- Organized, reliable, & meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills with ability to navigate dual computer screens while taking inbound calls
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Day to Day:
Must have a positive enthusiastic behavior with a desire to provide a great phone call experience with all the calls they handle. These calls will be 2-3 Minute each in length assisting customers with automotive warranty and coverage of their policies.
Hybrid Schedule- Tuesday and Wednesday in Office and 3 days remote
Monday-Friday: 8:30am to 5:00pm
