Rejuvn8 Aesthetics is Hiring a Receptionist/Office Assistant Near Latham, NY

Rejuvn8 Aesthetics is Upstate New York's leading Medical Spa with locations in Latham, Syracuse, & New Hartford, NY. We offer a wide range of medical aesthetic treatments including Botox, Filler, Laser Hair Removal, Hydrafacial, and more! We are one of the fastest growing aesthetic brands in Upstate New York. As a result of our growth, we are looking to add a Receptionist/Office Assistant to our Latham, NY clinic.

The Receptionist/Office Assistant will facilitate a positive guest experience by initiating a welcoming arrival, enhancing the flow of each client’s time in the clinic, and maintaining follow-up communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention. This position is crucial in creating a positive experience before, during, and after a client’s visit, contributing to the overall success of the Rejuvn8 brand.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients as they arrive and ensure a friendly and welcoming atmopshere

Coordinate the client experience throughout their visit

Assist with client follow-up

Introduce clients to our innovative membership programs and cross promote complimentary services

Assist treatment providers to ensure optimal work flow

Ensure clinic is clean and presentable to clients

Help maintain clinic supply and retail inventory

Manage online order/E-commerce sales

Facilitate payment and/or patient financing plans

Coordinate all client communications including calls and messages

Assist with marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma/GED

1-2 years of medical office, customer service, or sales based retail experience preferred.

Ability to learn web based programs including but not limited to electronic health record, google suite services (email, docs, sheets, etc), client messaging, and social media.

Be able to work in a team based environment.

Ability to to travel to our New Hartford office for training (roughly 5-6 shifts).

Must be available to work during our clinics operating hours.
