Schoolhouse Pediatrics is Hiring a Medical Office Receptionist Near Albany, NY

Schoolhouse Pediatrics is growing more and more every day and is in need of someone to help in our business office in Albany.

***COVID VACCINE IS REQUIRED***

We are looking for a multi-tasker to help where needed. This can include:

  • You will also be responsible for maintaining patient confidentiality, handling personal information, and accurately inputting patient data into software

•Checking in/checking out patients

•Scheduling Non-Urgent Appointments

•Registering New Patients

•Answering phones/High Volume

•Posting patient payments

•Collecting Payments/Collections

•Scanning and Filing Paperwork

•Entering Insurance Information

•Other duties as they arise

Our patient’s relationship with their pediatrician is a very special one involving mutual trust and confidence. As a member of our team, you will help foster this relationship so that our patients receive the best of medical care.

The ideal client will be detail oriented and very organized to be able to keep up with our very fast pace office. We are looking for a candidate with office experience and VERY RELIABLE.
