The PPM office manager/Medical Assistant is responsible for clinical operations within the Sarasota PPM location as well as oversight of pain management operations that occur in individual RejuvenX locations with traveling PPM staff. Responsible for training and managing incoming future clinical staff (medical assistants, techs, front desk assistants) and assisting with case management and overall patient experience.

Responsibilities

· Training of new PPM staff to include:

o Operational Procedures

o Proper Patient Management

o Standards of Care

o Documentation

o Use of PPM technology (EHR software, Microsoft products, etc.)

o Team management within the office

o Interdepartmental communication

· Assisting with interviews for prospective clinical support staff (medical assistants, front desk assistants, techs, etc)

· Management of the PPM PCSR and holding weekly meetings with Case Manager.

· Management of weekly tracker and presenting weekly statistics to PPM Director.

· Managment of clinical support staff (medical assistants, front desk assistants, techs).

· Management of schedules for clinical staff (physicians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, FDAs, techs).

· Management of time off requests for clinical support staff.

· Implementation of updated clinical and administrative process and procedures as directed by the PPM director.

· Tracking PPM inventory and ordering supplies.

· Making patient follow up calls after each procedure.

· Managing patient calls with regard to questions or concerns with treatment – or elevating these questions to the provider.

· Preparing for patient treatment days (preparing superbills, prepping patients’ charts (uploading MRIs and other medical records, pre-filling pertinent medical information)

· Assisting the providers on treatment days (rooming patients, calling in prescriptions, sending MRI scripts, assisting with charting, etc)

· Following up with RejuvenX front desks to ensure proper scheduling/follow up on days when nurse practitioner is operating out of their offices.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
