As a Recruiter at Regent, your main goal is to identify, assess, and bring in top talent. Our recruiters are strategic partners for the businesses they support, and compelling ambassadors of the company. You will be responsible for guiding managers and candidates through our selection process and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at large. We're looking for entrepreneurial and hungry team players that are looking to expand their business knowledge and ascend quickly.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Execute the complete recruiting function, composed of job/market research, sourcing, networking, behavior-based interviewing, and closing.
• Assist with strategic labor/talent planning with key business leaders.
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships effectively and have a keen sense of negotiation with all "customers" including candidates, managers, and business partners.
• Create and maintain a strong working relationship with leaders, staffing community, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility.
• Maintain flexibility and navigate through ambiguity at times, with the evolving needs of our business environment.

Key Qualifications:

• 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with a high-performing company or agency
• Agency background is a plus
• Strong level of knowledge in technical and executive recruiting
• BS/BA from a reputable school
• Have a well-developed network and/or the skills to build the network quickly and comprehensively through creative sourcing strategies
• Ability to impact the company's strategic direction through understanding of the talent market (e.g., where to find particular skills, salary expectations of those with similar skills, etc.)
• Track key performance metrics
• Demonstrable track record of successfully filling a high volume of requisitions
• Success working with multiple ATS and sourcing systems (LinkedIn, Dice, really, FB, Monster, etc.)
