Manager and entry level positions are available. Positions require a BS degree and individuals who are a motivated self-starter with good communication skills. Responsibilities will include assisting and handling support calls from clients and create the initial ticket. Entry level positions will resolve all Level I end-user problems over the phone; pass all Level II requests to a Level II; Handle computer repair and installation of business technology equipment. Manager position will oversee helpdesk opperations and all aspects of client support and system design.
