ReFloor is Hiring a Director - Human Resources Near Troy, MI

Rapidly Growing National Flooring Retailer
Refloor, a $70M Michigan based Specialty Flooring Company is on a rapid expansion program through new market development and organic growth. We are expanding our existing portfolio of locations and dramatically increasing our associate headcount. Our mission is to build the most trusted flooring company in America.
Reporting to the President and Chief Operating Officer, this position will be based at the company headquarters in Troy, Michigan. Position is responsible for: Recruiting/Staffing, Associate Relations/Culture, Organizational/Leadership Development and Training, Strategic HR Initiatives, Benefits/Compensation, and HRIS.
This position requires a "hands on" HR professional with strategic leadership capabilities combined with wide-ranging tactical expertise. As an integral part of the company's leadership team, this position will fill the role of a senior advisor and confidant to the President in areas of Organizational and Leadership Development.
As this is a rapidly growing company, the HR leader must be comfortable in a fast-changing environment and be able to bring the structure and processes necessary to support a company with ambitious plans for continued growth.

Requirements
We seek a proven HR leader possessing the following skills:
  • College graduate with a degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline. An advanced degree is desirable, but not required.
  • Well-versed HR professional with 7 to 10 years HR experience, of which 3 to 5 years should be in a strategic leadership position working with senior company leaders.
  • A PHR or SPHR designation demonstrating mastery of the HR disciplines is highly desired.
  • Experience managing and developing HR technology platforms including; HRIS, ATS, LMS, and various time/attendance systems.
  • A track record of success in challenging environments.
