Benefit and Enrollment Specialist are responsible for responding with superior customer service skills to our members and assisting them with questions and navigating the complex healthcare world. Initiates welcome emails / texts / calls, completes data entry, and works on creating provider relationships. This team member works with Client Success Advocates(CSA) to establish success data points for each client. Distributes educational materials and hosts sessions for clients to build the brand and rapport.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to Obsess and be an Expert on all Plans offered by Redirect Health
Ability to speak on those plans via phone, email, zoom, or in person
Assisting Client Success Advocates during Open Enrollment Sessions as the 'Benefit and Enrollment' Expert.
May be needed to travel to offsite enrollment session to explain plan (translate) alongside the CSA
May be needed to attend zoom session to explain plan (translate) alongside the CSA
Walk members through their enrollments, if needed
Helping the CSA team to ensure all Enrollment data is loaded into our Navigator system correctly so ensure best member enrollment experience
Sending Daily/Weekly/etc. data to CSA providing them with enrollment data as needed so they can communicate to clients
Ensuring Enrollment process is successful finish to end alongside CSA

REQUIREMENTS
1 year of experience in a customer service role with a heavy emphasis over the phone.
Proficiency in using Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook.
Happy and friendly disposition; highly self-motivated individual with the ability to be a great team player, reliable and strong oral and written communication skills.

Starts at $15.00 an Hour
