We are looking for an Operations Manager!
This person coordinates the daily installation process by organizing the schedule, assigning crews, and supervising the load-out process. Special attention must be given to maintaining acceptable installation standards.

The Operations Manager coordinates the daily installation process by organizing the schedule, assigning crews, and supervising the load-out process. Special attention must be given to maintaining acceptable installation standards.

Responsibilities (include, but not limited to the following)

• Schedule daily installations

• Identify and cultivate quality flooring installation contractors

• Review and approve installer payroll

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations

• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards regarding forklift operation and warehouse working conditions

• Assist with annual budgeting process

• Assist with quarterly physical inventory counts

• Assist with various tasks as requested by supervisor or the corporate staff

Qualifications

• 1 years of management experience

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

• Resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills

• Sense of urgency

• Strong multi-tasking skills

• High school diploma
