- Perform accurate take-offs
- Redi Carpet uses a computer software program (Measure Square)
- Ensure estimates follow the customer scope of work
- Prepare proposal/bid package for client presentation and review
- Coordinating with Operations for scheduling questions
- Perform Quality Control walks on completed projects for all flooring types (carpet, tile, vinyl, etc.) in the Single-Family Rental market
- Accurately measure and prepare required take-offs according to a daily schedule
- Ensure accurate and timely job completion
- 1 years of experience in estimating or flooring installation (preferred)
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and/or blueprints (preferred)
- Specification knowledge in floor covering (carpet, tile, wood, and vinyl) (preferred)
- Working knowledge in floor covering products and installation methods (preferred)
- Strong work ethic with customer service attitude
- Strong ability to demonstrate time management to ensure timely job completion and customer satisfaction
- Ability to effectively use MS Office software, specifically Excel
- Strong ability to multitask and quickly transition between tasks
- Must be coachable, well organized, and possess strong analytical skills
