Redgrave LLP is seeking talented attorneys in all our offices and/or to work remotely. We are adding qualified and talented attorneys to meet the increasing demands of our clients. The work will be for regional, national, and global clients providing practical, innovative, and cost-effective solutions in the eDiscovery, information governance, and data privacy service markets.

Candidates should have five years of experience practicing law and a demonstrated interest in eDiscovery, information governance, and privacy. We are looking for strong candidates who have:

• At least three years of litigation experience in both state and federal courts.
• Excellent research and writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required.
• Ability to self-direct and operate with a “sense of urgency.”
• Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external teams.
• Able to understand and handle basic day-to-day litigation/IG tasks and skills.
• Able to understand the legal and factual issues relevant to each assigned case/matter, tracking the timelines and deadlines for important tasks and events, and learning to engage in client-facing activities.
• Exceptional presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience working in and with remote teams.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to manage a fast-paced workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues.
• The motivation to learn and understand technology and findings, effectively discuss those issues with technically skilled individuals, and convey findings for people without technology experience.
• Good judgment and the ability to apply legal knowledge to problem solve by developing practical business solutions.
• The commitment and interpersonal skills to succeed in a collaborative and team environment.
• Must learn and begin to use other professional skills necessary to develop a successful practice. At this level, this involves managing their case/project assignments and administrative tasks, demonstrating dedication and responsibility, and maintaining a positive team-based philosophy. Should begin building their personal brand and interest in and aptitude for business development.
• Admission to the bar in at least one of the following jurisdictions: California; Illinois; Michigan; Minnesota; Oregon; Texas; Virginia; Washington, D.C.
