Fast growing, congenial, boutique law firm is seeking a senior litigation associate to join their team. The successful candidate will have at least seven years of experience with a focus on corporate litigation, particularly corporate governance, partnership disputes, securities, fiduciary duties, investment claims and the like. This position is located in San Francisco and in office at least two days a week.
