Rincon Search is Hiring a Litigation Paralegal-Spanish Fluent - Now Hiring Near San Francisco, CA

Boutique litigation firm is seeking a paralegal to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare documents for court filing, e-filing and service, maintain electronic files organized
Calendar appearances, depositions and deadlines
Support attorneys in all phases of litigation including documents review and production, propounding/responding to discovery, interview of witnesses and experts, draft pleadings and subpoena records
Assist attorneys with pre-trial and trial assignments including draft motions, deposition designations, witness and exhibit selection, maintain trial task list, among other trial related assignments.
Communicate efficiently with attorneys to ensure all deadlines are met in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS;

Bachelor’s degree
At least one year of paralegal or relevant legal assistant experience
Spanish speaking
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs preferred
Tech savvy
Familiar with filing and e-filing
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience preparing documents for court filing and service
Experience assisting attorneys with all aspects of discovery and trial preparations
Experience calendaring hearings and deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
