Bayview Property Managers is Hiring a Maintenance Technician - Now Hiring Near San Francisco, CA
Job Description
We are looking for a team of motivated people to repair and maintain apartment buildings and house in our property management business.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reading and writing proficiency in English
- At least two years experience in maintenance or a related field
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to perform self-directed work under clear direction from a supervisor
Preferred Expertise:
- Apartment turns
- Vinyl and ceramic floor covering
- Caulking
- Installing interior and exterior doors, moldings and trim
- Servicing appliances such as stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators
- Servicing and install of toilets, sinks, vanities and disposals
- Gutters, down spouts and connecting hoses
- Minor drywall damages
- Removing bulk trash (including appliances)
- Clearing drains
Job Responsibilities:
- Work under general supervision of the maintenance manager
- Interact with tenants in their homes
- Process service requests and record work in writing
- Perform all required tasks willingly
- Professionally represent the company in appearance and conduct
Our office is located in the Bayview district of San Francisco. Salary starting at $30.00/hour depending on experience. Full benefits are available after a probationary period has been passed.
