Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them in finding the right products to meet their needs. Responsibilities: - Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist customers in finding the right products based on their needs and preferences - Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits - Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or other electronic devices - Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies, and procedures - Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns - Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked with merchandise - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Experience: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures - Strong phone etiquette skills - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Basic understanding of technology products, such as electronics, smartphones, or computers - Ability to effectively communicate in English; Spanish language skills are a plus - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks We offer competitive pay and benefits packages, including employee discounts on merchandise.
