Typical Responsibilities:

• Serves as initial point of contact
• Schedules interview appointments
• Updates company calendar
• Serves as a liaison between candidates and recruiters
• Accurately tracks candidate information and data
• Conducts interviews with candidates
• Answers incoming calls and transfers to appropriate department when necessary
• Communicates with candidates via phone, email, and text
• Other administrative tasks as needed
