Position Title: DishwasherReports To: Kitchen ManagerJob Type: Part-Time (evenings only)The Still on the SquareLocation: Marietta, GARed Hare Brewing & Distilling is an independent microbrewery and distillery located in the heart of Marietta, GA. In 2020 Red Hare Brewing & Distilling opened its first restaurant in Marietta Square to serve quality food, beer, and spirits to local residents and visitors.Dishwasher: The primary responsibility of the Dishwasher is to clean all cooking utensils and assist the Kitchen Manager with any kitchen sanitation.Duties and responsibilities include:
- Hand-wash all kitchen pots, pans, and dishes
- Assist with other kitchen cleaning and sanitizing needs
- Ensure all items are clean to highest hygiene standards
- Work seamlessly in a team environment
- Other duties as necessary
- Kitchen/restaurant experience preferred
- Must be a team player and possess “can do” attitude
- Must be highly motivated and independent
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Professional appearance and attitude are required
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (4-5 hours at a time)
- Must be able to work about 30-40 hours per week
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be at least 18 years old
