Position Title: Daytime Line CookReports To: Kitchen ManagerJob Type: Full-TimeThe Still on the SquareLocation: Marietta Square, Marietta, GARed Hare Brewing & Distilling is an independent microbrewery and distillery located in the heart of Marietta, GA. In 2020 Red Hare Brewing & Distilling opened its first restaurant in Marietta Square serving local resident and visitors quality Cuban cuisine and craft beer and spirits.Daytime Line Cook: The primary responsibility of the Daytime Line Cook is to assist the Kitchen Manager with preparing the food items for the dinner menu.Duties and responsibilities include:

• Assist with day-to-day food prep for all dinner menu items
• Ensure all menu items meet Red Hare’s standards
• Help with kitchen equipment cleaning
• Work seamlessly in a team environment
• Ensure all products (ie, condiments) are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, and serving standards
• Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements of the restaurant
• Other duties as necessary

• Minimum 3 years of kitchen and/or restaurant experience
• Must be a team player and possess “can do” leadership attitude
• Must be highly motivated and independent
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Proven ability to communicate effectively
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Professional appearance and attitude are required

• Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (6-7 hours at a time)
• Must be able to work about 30-40 hours per week
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be at least 25 years old
