Remote (Work may be performed anywhere in the US)

Rechat is seeking a dynamic Account Manager who is proactive and passionate about driving adoption regarding product and the clients they serve. The Account Manager will act as a point of contact for their clients. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the product solutions which best fit the brokerage needs. They also aid internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, etc.

To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Essential duties and responsibilities: 

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Drive adoption and Engagement through account management and strategizing with your clients
  • Analyze client use cases and recommend best practices to optimize product usage, adoption, and ROI
  • Work with onboarding managers and implementation to ensure a seamless transition into live status
  • Effectively manage a high volume of inbound customer requests, align them with internal resources, and anticipate their business needs
  • Identify challenges and engage in proactive client meetings to positively impact customer loyalty and align business goals
  • Assist with onboarding new clients to ensure a consistent and seamless onboarding experience with Rechat product
  • Checking and reporting on the progress of all deliverables and projects, and making sure deadlines are met related to AM/CS.
  • Share product development suggestions and communicate user feedback to the internal team(s) based on client feedback
  • Ensure the execution of all assigned clients are delivered; ensuring client success is measured and achieved across all accounts
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience/Education: 

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent; five to seven years of experience; or a combination of experience and education, required. Bachelors Degree preferred. 
  • 5 years of experience in a SaaS Account Manager role, or similar; preferred. 

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Expert in managing Customer Succes facets for clients that are exciting and engaging for end-users
  • Real-Estate knowledge is preferred
  • Dynamic and outgoing personality

Work Conditions: This position will perform duties under normal office working conditions, including the prolonged use of a computer, office equipment, and working in close proximity to others. Essential physical requirements may include standing, walking, stooping, typing, and lifting up to 25lbs.
