Job Overview:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring our clients success and satisfaction. You ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand customer needs, and drive solutions that align with their goals. If you re passionate about customer relationships and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their business objectives, challenges, and pain points.
  • Product Adoption and Training: Guide customers in effectively using our information technology products. Provide training sessions and ongoing support.
  • Customer Health Assessment: Regularly assess customer health, identify areas for improvement, and proactively address any issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues, staffing concerns, and recruitment challenges.
  • Onboarding and Implementation: Lead the onboarding process for new accounts. Ensure smooth implementation and alignment with customer goals.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to identify upsell opportunities and promote additional services.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from customers and relay it to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
  • Staffing and Recruitment Support: Assist clients in talent acquisition efforts. Understand their staffing needs and recommend suitable candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.

  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with information technology concepts and tools.
