**Outside Sales Representative**
San Francisco, CA / Sales / Field - Full Time Reborn Cabinet's has been in business for nearly 40 years and is the leading provider of home remodeling services with locations throughout the West Coast. **The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for:**
In-home consultations for our residential customers. Plan on acquiring a California Home Improvement Salesperson License during first 90 days of employment. We will reimburse. Running up to 10 pre-qualified leads a week (in home appointments preset by our call center) 2 appointments a day, working retail hours and every other weekend. Must have the ability to close appointments on the initial visit
**The Outside Sales Representative will have the following qualifications:**
Must be able to lift 40 lbs. without restrictions Submit and pass a background check Must have a valid Drivers License, reliable vehicle, and car insurance Minimum of 6 months to 1-year experience in an outside sales role (preferred) Must be able to handle a high volume of driving (Mileage reimbursement is provided) Previous experience in the following industries is a plus: Construction Sales, Home Remodeling Sales, Solar Sales, Roofing Sales, Kitchen Sales, Bathroom Sales, or other In-Home Sales. (preferred) Ability to adapt to new procedures and follow our scripts/system (8-page script) Technologically experienced in using an iPad Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate upward concisely Ability to navigate a complex conversation to close the deal Customer-centric, goal-oriented
**Compensation / Pay Structure for Outside Sales Representatives:**
Base Pay Uncapped Commission Paid Training Program Monthly Cell Phone Allowance Monthly Mileage Reimbursement Full Benefits Package W-2 Direct Hire Role
**Expected Work Schedule:**
Full-time 5 days a week, including every other weekend. Retail hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings (appointments are scheduled between 9:00 AM- 7:00 PM, can last up to 3 hours) Road warrior must be comfortable driving your own vehicle an average of 500-800 miles a week.
