Termite / Pest Control Company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Bay Area team. We are a family owned and operated pest management company, in business since 2009. JOB SUMMARY

• Run sales appointments that have been scheduled through the office
• Perform thorough inspections of customer’s homes and/or businesses
• Prepare proposals and presentations based on inspection to obtain sales
• Educate customers on the cost of services needed based on inspection
• Reach company sales goals
• Continually refining sales skills and product knowledge

QUALIFICATIONS

• High character, be willing to do the right thing
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Must have a track record of succesfully generating business
• Tenacious and willing to go above and beyond to secure leads and close sales
• Must care about customers!

REQUIREMENTS

• Successfully complete background check and drug test
• Valid driver’s license and good driving history
• Must be willing to routinely lift, push and pull equipment, ascend and descend from ladders, and occasionally work from heights
• Possess Branch II or Branch III license
