Recruiter Position is three days remote and two on-site Perm Position - 60K • Source candidates using a variety of search methods. • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings • Perform reference checks as need • Manage onboarding and new hire process • Staying updated on recruiting trends and best practices • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience preferred • Ability to communicate effectively • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems; HRIS
