Temp to perm role - 8:30 to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday! Great team and opportunity.
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide assistance and answer questions
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer concerns and provide product information
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
