The Business Analyst (Product) is responsible for working directly with clients to provide guidance on the development and implementation of product features and customizations. They are product and industry experts who understand how to engage with clients to ensure that product features are understood, adopted and new features meet business objectives. The Business Analyst works closely with the engineering team to ensure business specifications are clearly documented, effectively communicated, and thoroughly tested. The Business Analyst will perform acceptance/qa testing for product releases and will be able to train customers and internal staff on new and existing product features.
