Quest Partners is seeking a talented Business Analyst who can lead the successful execution of various internal projects. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and collaborative individual with a strong background in Jira, business analysis, project management, and team leadership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including user stories, sprint plans, and project schedules.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the project team.
- Institute regular process audits to ensure quality control and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders and product owners
- Collaborate closely with product owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
- Address stakeholder concerns and ensure project alignment with expectations.
- Risk Management
- Highlight escalation points, trouble spots, identify causes, and potential solutions.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Reporting and Metrics
- Create and maintain project dashboards and reports in Jira to track project performance and key metrics.
- Present project updates and status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, engineering, etc.)
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks and tools (e.g. Jira)
- Demonstrate a commonsense approach to problem-solving.
- Experience and track record of management and timely execution of projects.
- Self-motivated, driven and ability with complete tasks / initiatives end-to-end.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas and findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaborative and teamwork abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Desired - Agile or Project Management Certifications
