This job is located in-clinic in Bloomington, IN. The primary directive of the Program Assistant role is to support Program Management and the implementation of treatment under the supervision of Clinical Program Managers (BCBAs).

Reach High's hours are 8:15AM - 4:45PM. Our clinical session hours are 8:30AM -4:30PM.
Assistant Program Manager Eligibility
Candidate with MA/MS in Applied Behavior Analysis:
Candidate currently enrolled in MA/MS Applied Behavior Analysis program:
*Eligible to receive CPR/AED certification upon hire.
*Eligible to receive Professional Crisis Management (PCM) certification after 3 months continuous employment contingent upon training class size.
*Must obtain BCBA certification within 6 months of meeting all testing requirements set by the BACB.

And all other duties as assigned by the clinical leadership team
