Stone Belt is currently seeking a dedicated individual to provide program planning and support to clients served within the Supported Living program in Bloomington. The Coordinator will work with interdisciplinary team members both inside and outside of the agency to assess, develop and implement client's Individual Support Plans as well as monitor health and safety.
The SLP Coordinator will manage and maintain client benefits including but not limited to Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare. The SLP Coordinator oversees the overall operation of assigned locations and ensures compliance with state regulations; visits homes regularly and leads a team of Site Supervisors and DSPs

In addition, any hours worked outside of your usual 40 per week are paid at an hourly eRate despite this being a salaried position!
Qualifications for this position include: a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a High School Diploma/G.E.D. and two years experience in services to persons with developmental disabilities. Management and supervisory experience required.
