Stone Belt is currently seeking a new Site Coordinator to serve as the leader of a group home in Bedford, IN! If you have experience in healthcare, and are seeking to serve in a leadership capacity for a long standing employer in the community - this is a great opportunity for you!
Our Site Coordinators are responsible for the day to day operations of an individual group home, in which up to 6 individuals with disabilities live. As the Site Coordinator, you will be the leader of the team of direct care staff working with the clients at the home and in the community. You will oversee the implementation of individual support plans and active treatment schedules for each client with the goal of empowering the clients to live as independently as possible!
In this leadership role, you will assist in the training of new team members and serve as the direct supervisor for existing staff within the home. You'll be given the tools needed to serve as an effective leader for a team of Direct Support Professionals. Along with our staffing assistant, you'd also work to ensure there is adequate coverage scheduled to support our clients at all times.
This full-time position with Stone Belt is eligible for all of our benefits, including health/life/vision/dental insurance, 401k with matching, PTO, cell phone discounts, weekly or even DAILY pay, and many others! In addition, hours worked in residential supports outside your normal 40 hours would be paid at an hourly eRate plus shift differentials!
Qualifications for this position include: a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, OR a High School Diploma/G.E.D. and two years experience in services to persons with developmental disabilities. At least 1 year of management/supervisory experience is also required.
