Program Manager - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Reports To: Clinical Director

Reach High is looking for a BCBA to serve our patients in Bloomington, IN. We are offering a flexible salary based on billable-hour preferences and experience as a BCBA.
Program Manager I: minimum of 20 billable hours/week
Program Manager II: minimum of 22 billable hours/week
Program Manager III: minimum of 25 billable hours/week with bonus eligibility

Main Role Directive
The primary directive of the Program Manager is to provide support to individuals and their families by evaluating, creating, implementing, and monitoring sustainable plans of care as authorized by insurance. The Program Manager is responsible for providing ongoing professional supervision which includes modeling and other direct instructional support for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
