We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our creative marketing team. This person should be proactive, reliable and detail-oriented with previous experience in graphic design. Must have great communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities in this position will include (but are not limited to):

• Fulfilling marketing materials, including brochures, postcards, social graphics, email signatures, and more
• Managing inventory of marketing pieces, supplies, and our RMCC Shop
• Regular social media scheduling and posting for brokers using Buffer
• Creating holiday and seasonal social media graphics and captions
• Managing our in-house printer and cutter
• Assisting with the RMCC social media accounts, including strategic engagement and story creation
• Fulfilling e-newsletters through Mailchimp

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong graphic design skills and knowledge of design/layout principles
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
• Proficiency in Canva
• Experience with MailChimp
• Experience with Buffer

Helpful Experience:

• Familiarity with and/or interest in the Real Estate industry
• Degree and/or work experience in Marketing or Graphic Design

The position will be Mon-Fri 9-5 in our office in Cherry Creek (except for the designated day off and remote day)

Pay: $44,000 plus quarterly bonuses
